The villa is only a 10 minute drive from the airport, Argostoli and Lassi and other beautiful beaches.Wifi is also available free of charge.There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with 2 pairs of french doors leading onto a covered verandah and terrace with outside dining and relaxation areas surrounding the private pool where there are sunbeds, dining table and chairs and a comfortable seating area.
The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with dining table and chairs and has a full range of appliances including cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, iron, toaster and toasted sandwich maker.
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas one of which is a double sofa bed, a smart TV with free to view satellite channels, dvd/cd player and a selection of DVDs. Books and games are also provided for your entertainment.
Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities and a toilet is also available on the ground floor.
A cot and high chair are also provided for infants if required. A single fold-away bed can also be provided.
Outside there is a private swimming pool and terrace with garden furniture , a secluded garden and a gated parking area.The garden area is planted with shrubs ,fruit trees and has a secluded area of lawn.
The villa is set in a secluded position but only 100m from the village amenities of Lakithra where there are several tavernas (To Kati Alli,The International, Byrons,A Grill House,En Kefalinia), bars ( Mescalero), a cake shop, mini market and bakery all within easy walking distance.

The price includes a small welcome pack with a selection of essentials to include tea,coffee, milk, bread etc. Towels and bed linen is included and linen changes will be made during your stay. Beach towels are also provided for you for the duration of your holiday. Electricity,wi-fi and use of air con are also included. There is a safety deposit box for use during your stay.
